System requirements
Windows Software Minimum Requirements
Windows XP or above, Processor with 600 MHz or greater (1.4GHz recommended), at least 128 MB Ram (256 MB Recommended).
Mac Software Minimum Requirements
OSX 10.3.9 or above, Processor with 1 GHz or greater (2GHz recommended), at least 128 MB Ram (256 MB Recommended).
Minimum dpi is 200dpi but we recommend 300dpi. All images to be sRGB working space and JPG's preferred.
Mosaic Calibration Print
Please download this calibration image to view on the screen where you prepare your Mosaic orders, a printed copy of the image can be used for comparison.
You can request your free printed copy of the calibration image from our Mosaic team.
